IELTS & Spoken English Trainer

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Manthraz Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS & Spoken English Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, excellent teaching ability, and a student-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct IELTS training for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.

- Conduct Spoken English and communication skills classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, worksheets and practice materials.
- Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and fluency.
- Conduct mock tests and provide detailed feedback.
- Track student progress and provide individual guidance.
- Motivate students and maintain an engaging classroom environment.
- Support students in achieving their target IELTS band scores.
- Participate in academic activities, assessments and student counselling when required.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.




- Previous IELTS/Spoken English teaching experience preferred.
- IELTS certification or relevant teaching certification will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle students with different levels of English proficiency.
- Freshers with excellent English skills and strong teaching potential may also apply.
