Role Description The IELTS Content Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and organizing IELTS preparation materials, including practice questions, mock tests, lesson plans, and study guides aligned with current exam patterns. The specialist collaborates closely with trainers and counselors to ensure that content supports classroom teaching, online resources, and individualized student learning plans.

Daily tasks include reviewing and refining existing materials for clarity and accuracy, researching IELTS trends and examiner expectations, and ensuring that content is accessible and effective for learners with different proficiency levels.



The role may also involve contributing to digital resources, such as blogs, social media posts, and email content related to IELTS preparation and study-abroad guidance.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in English language, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and written communication skills relevant to IELTS preparation.
- Experience in educational content development, curriculum design, or test-prep materials, preferably focused on IELTS or other English proficiency exams.
- Ability to research exam formats, question types, and scoring criteria and translate them into explicit, learner-friendly content.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading and editing capabilities to ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials.
- Comfort working collaboratively with trainers, counselors, and other team members in an on-site educational setting.
- Prior teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience in IELTS or English language training is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in IELTS or TEFL/TESOL are a plus.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
