We're Hiring Icecream Head Chef & Counter staff for our Sundaes Parlour & cafe.

Key Responsibilities for Head Chef include as follows :

Create unique & premium icecream sundaes as per latest trends

Expertise in preparing Gudbuds, Falooda, Fruit Salad & other evergreen sundaes

Curating Milkshakes, Thickshakes, Mocktails & other beverages

Training juniors & ensuring compliance with recipe SOPs and quality standards

Preparing premium snacks like sandwiches, burgers & pizzas would be a plus

Multitasking & efficient kitchen operations management

Key Responsibilities for Counter Boy / Girl :

Scooping ice creams neatly with the desired weight as per SOP

Packing & parceling the ice creams

Handling the billing counter efficiently and managing the counter

Welcoming customers with warmth and providing valuable hospitality

Creating basic sundaes & toppings

Ensuring cleanliness & hygiene at the front end of the counter

Patience, kindness & good communication with customers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
