As an ICA - Oracle Finance Consultant- Manager - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. Within our Managed Services practice, you will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your expertise in project management, technology, and process optimization will be crucial in delivering exceptional services to clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while continuously improving and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services.

Responsibilities

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Overseeing delivery teams to optimize processes and tools for improved service outcomes
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to streamline operations
- Utilizing automation frameworks to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize performance
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
- Engaging in stakeholder management to address conflicts and facilitate communication
- Upholding qualified and technical standards to maintain service quality
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to drive service excellence

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience IT and in Oracle Cloud Finance functional.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
