Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations for JKS Group of Education at the Lucknow on-site location in a full time capacity.

Responsibilities include administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. The role involves handling employee benefits, coordinating performance management activities, and assisting with personnel management issues such as attendance, discipline, and grievance resolution.

and inclusive workplace culture, and support HR-related reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.

- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies that support organizational goals and regulatory compliance.

- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and basic payroll coordination.

- Experience in Personnel Management, including staffing support, performance documentation, and employee relations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HR diploma) are an advantage.

- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a commitment to fairness and confidentiality.

- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools, and ability to maintain accurate HR data and reports.

- Prior experience in the education or consulting sector is beneficial, along with familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
