About the Role

We are looking for an HR Specialist with 3–4 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR functions, including HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.

This is a generalist HR role suited for someone who is organized, people-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with employees and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing,



screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee queries.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and other performance management processes.
- Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist with HR compliance and ensure adherence to company policies.

What We're Looking For

- 3–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist/Specialist role.
- Good understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment and hiring coordination.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in media, marketing, or entertainment sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
