Yashnand Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Billing Engineer – Civil for an in office role.

Experience: 7–10 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat / Project Site

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify Client & Subcontractor RA Bills, Final Bills and MB/e-MB.
- Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs and BOQ verification.
- Reconcile executed, certified and billed quantities.
- Prepare Deviation, Variation, Extra Item and Substituted Item statements.
- Prepare rate analysis as per CPWD/PWD DSR/SOR and contract provisions.
- Check RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and finishing quantities.
- Carry out material and quantity reconciliation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams for measurements and bill certification.
- Verify subcontractor bills and measurements.




- Prepare billing MIS, cost-control reports and project documentation.
- Track bill certification, deductions, recoveries and payments.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction billing / quantity surveying.
- Strong experience in building/infrastructure projects.
- Government project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RA Bills, MB/e-MB, BOQ, quantity reconciliation and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of CPWD/PWD DSR/SOR and contract conditions.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
