Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies aligned with corporate standards, manage payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. Daily activities include supporting managers with workforce planning, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, conducting training needs analysis, and maintaining accurate HR records and reports.



The role also contributes to building a positive workplace culture that supports transparency, professionalism, and organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance practices.
- Ability to manage employee relations, handle grievances, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Competence in HRIS or HR management software, MS Office, and data reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR skilled, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
