Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for a growing organization of around 200 employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations and workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support management with HR planning and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Décor is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS/HR software is an advantage.
