Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh GT Road is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of the hotel. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry with solid knowledge of hotel HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding of hotel staff.

Manage manpower requirements across departments such as Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Finance and other hotel operations.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.

Coordinate with the Finance team for payroll, salary processing and employee-related payments.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Conduct employee engagement activities, training coordination and performance management.





Monitor staff discipline, grooming and adherence to hotel policies.

Prepare HR reports, manpower reports and other management reports.

Support employee retention and maintain a positive work environment.

Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing, performance and HR requirements.

Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant HR experience in the hospitality/hotel industry.

Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.

Robust knowledge of hotel HR operations and recruitment.

Good understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management and labour compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and people-management abilities.

Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Candidates with experience in a 4-star/5-star or branded hotel will be preferred.
