About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager who can take complete ownership of employee management, hiring and smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠1. Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.

⁠ ⁠2. Handle attendance, leaves, salary slips and HR records.

⁠ ⁠3. Address and resolve employee concerns and workplace issues.

⁠ ⁠4. Manage housekeeping, cafeteria and other support staff.

⁠ ⁠5. Coordinate vendors for internet, IT, repairs, maintenance and infrastructure.

⁠ ⁠6. Ensure departments have the resources required for smooth operations.

⁠ ⁠7. Plan and manage company events, celebrations,



employee activities and internal gatherings

⁠ ⁠8 .Maintain workplace discipline and coordinate between employees and management.

⁠ ⁠9. Take ownership of administrative and infrastructure-related issues until resolution.

Requirements :

⁠ 1. Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience

⁠ ⁠2. Strong communication and people-management skills.

⁠ ⁠3. Good planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

⁠ ⁠4. Comfortable managing employees, vendors, support staff and events.

⁠ ⁠5. Proactive, organised and capable of working independently.

We are looking for someone who can become the go-to person for HR, administration and workplace operations at SD Academia.
