Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Handle onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage HRMS and maintain accurate employee databases.
- Develop employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS,



and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Support training, development, and career-growth initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the HR/recruitment team.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

QualificationMBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. Preferred Candidate
