Responsibilities:

· Experience in wage settlement (Trade Union/Committee)

· Statutory laws pertaining industries as per factory Act

· Industrial Relation activities

· Contract manpower management control

· Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

· Implement effective strategies to attract top talents.

· Foster positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns.

· Manage the performance appraisal process for each employee.

· Ensure seamless administration of employee advantages.

· Take initiatives to enhance employee skills within the organization.

· Stay informed about HR best practices.

Collaborate with the HR team to continually improve and optimize overall HR functions

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
