Role Description This full-time Human Resources Manager role is an in office position based in Jammu.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for store and support staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role will also involve coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting leadership with workforce planning, and driving a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Manager will collaborate closely with store management and corporate HR to align local HR practices with organizational goals.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy implementation, labor law compliance, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration across teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, HR reporting, and use of HRIS or other HR tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in retail or customer-facing environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Jammu & travel to Srinagar, demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality, and support an inclusive workplace.
