Autonex AI is a fast-growing AI startup building deep-tech products for industrial automation and AI services. We work at the intersection of AI, engineering, operations and high-performance teams .

We’re looking for someone to help us build the people engine behind that growth .

This is not a traditional HR role focused primarily on policies, attendance and administration. You’ll work closely with the founders to build a high-performance organisation - from hiring exceptional talent to designing culture, performance systems and increasingly AI-powered people operations .

What you’ll own

- Talent: Build and run hiring across engineering, AI, operations and business roles
- Culture: Help create a high-ownership, high-performance startup culture
- Performance: Build structured feedback, goal-setting and performance management systems
- People Operations: Own onboarding, engagement, retention and core HR processes
- AI × HR: Experiment with AI tools, automation and internal platforms to make people operations significantly smarter and faster




- Scaling: Build processes that work not just for the team today, but as Autonex grows rapidly

We’re looking for someone who
- Has 1+ year of HR / People experience at a startup
- Has hands-on experience with recruitment and talent acquisition
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with significant ownership
- Is highly organised, proactive and comfortable building things from scratch
- Thinks beyond conventional HR practices and is excited about AI-first ways of working
- Is comfortable working in office in Mumbai

Compensation: ₹10 LPA+ , based on experience and capability, with strong growth opportunities for exceptional performers.
