What Youll Do

- Assist in posting job openings across platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Support onboarding for new hires (orientation materials, sessions)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts)
- Handle general HR inquiries and support employees
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives
- Help resolve minor employee issues
- Contribute to HR projects as assigned

Work Schedule

- Working hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (9 hours including lunch and tea breaks)
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
