IG International Pvt. Ltd. (IGIPL) is one of India's leading fresh produce companies, specializing in the import and distribution of premium-quality fresh fruits across India. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Draft job postings and publish them on various hiring platforms.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 0–6 months of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates must be based in Navi Mumbai.
