About the Role

EdiGlobe Techsphere Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates beginning their HR career who are eager to gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.

Support employee engagement and other HR activities.





Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–6 months of experience in HR or Recruitment (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
