About the RoleAssistara Global Services Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition functions. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and general HR activities while working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and communicate job requirements effectively.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities.
- Assist with attendance, documentation, and other HR operations.




- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
- Support the HR team in achieving hiring targets and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is required.

Stipend & Growth Chance₹10,000 per month during the internship.

The internship will be for a minimum duration of 3 months. Based on performance, productivity, learning ability, and overall contribution, the internship may be converted into a full-time employment opportunity with Assistara Global Services Ltd.
