Roles & Responsibilities for HR Profile

- Create internship drives on college campuses.
- Review resumes and application forms for screening.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
- Manage job postings by updating, adding, or removing internship advertisements on career pages, intern boards, and social media networks.
- Assist in organizing company events and career fairs.
- Execute placement drives on college campuses.
