Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee regularization processes.
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll inputs and attendance data.
- Support PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports, and trackers.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and payroll.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of HR letters and documents.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist roles.
- Good knowledge of HRMS, Google Sheets, payroll & attendance management.
- Solid communication, coordination,



and documentation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/renewable energy/EPC industry will be an advantage.
