Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support employees and business units across Vyapto Commerce’s diverse service lines.

Responsibilities include handling recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating induction and training programs, and assisting with performance management processes. The role will also involve implementing HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee queries,



and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, requiring close collaboration with management and department heads to meet workforce needs and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding to support manpower requirements across multiple business verticals.
- Experience in HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance and leave management, and HRIS or basic HR software tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR policies relevant to Indian employment regulations.
- Ability to plan and coordinate training, performance appraisal processes, and employee development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations and engagement activities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in logistics, retail, or service-oriented industries, will be beneficial.
