Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave management, and handling HR documentation.
The Human Resources
Executive supports recruitment activities, onboarding, and orientation of new team members, while coordinating training and development initiatives. The role includes administering HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and addressing employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Executive will also collaborate with management to improve HR processes, support compliance with labor regulations, and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including handling HR documentation, attendance, and HR systems or software.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee concerns and support a respectful work setting.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and use MS Office and HRIS tools effectively.
