SkyVector Technologies is a fast-growing startup working across Advanced Electronics, Aerospace, Defence, and Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems. As we scale, we're looking for an HR Executive to own recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations for our growing engineering and production teams.

What you'll do:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for engineering, production, and support roles
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Plan and execute employee onboarding for a smooth new-hire experience
- Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance tracking with the accounts team
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure statutory compliance

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you'll wear multiple hats

A quick note on compensation: We're a startup, and our salaries reflect that stage right now — we won't be able to match what larger companies pay.
