Role Description The Human Resources Executive at MetaReach will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering HR policies and procedures. This full time, on-site role in Noida will involve handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment.

Executive will coordinate recruitment activities, assist with performance management processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also includes collaborating with leadership to implement HR initiatives, supporting training and development, and contributing to culture-building activities.





Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support organizational goals through effective people practices.
- Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR administration, and basic HR analytics or reporting.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee queries, manage conflict, and foster a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including understanding of labor laws, company policies, and best practices in HR governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR management software is preferred.
