Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Dharmapuri. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll inputs.

Executive will handle day-to-day employee relations, address queries, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role includes coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, assisting with performance management processes, and supporting training and development initiatives.

Executive will collaborate with management and project teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR systems, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the skills to handle employee concerns, foster engagement, and support a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and basic labor regulations, with the ability to implement and communicate policies effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Dharmapuri and collaborate with cross-functional project and business teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in engineering, construction, or project-based environments is beneficial.
