Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support a positive, high-performance culture at MMA Matrix across gyms pan India. This full time, on-site role in Mumbai includes administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance management processes. The role involves handling employee relations matters, addressing HR queries, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company standards.

Executive will also collaborate with management on workforce planning,



training initiatives, and HR-related reporting to support the smooth functioning of the facility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced fitness facility environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
