Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Jhajjar,Haryana. The individual will oversee and manage HR operations, ensuring that policies and strategies align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations, managing recruitment and on-boarding, overseeing compliance with labor laws, and supporting workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Comprehensive understanding of HR Management and HR Operations




- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and ability to address workplace issues effectively
- 1-2 Years Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
- Proficiency in key aspects of Human Resources (HR) functions and processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

Budget · ₹25000-30,000 per month (CTC), Negotiable based on experience and skills.
