Role Description The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit formalities. This full-time, on-site role in Ghaziabad involves supporting HR policies, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll inputs, and coordinating performance review cycles.

The role includes handling employee relations issues, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment in collaboration with line managers.

Executive will also support recruitment activities, coordinate training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a solid understanding of core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementing procedures and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, fostering engagement, and supporting conflict resolution.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration within a corporate or manufacturing/industrial setting is beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HRMS tools, are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
