We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate to join our growing team and help build a robust, dynamic workplace culture. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers end-to-end ownership, from recruiting top talent to managing HR processes and building initiatives that shape Cube’s culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding across multiple functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles,



and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives that improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-fill.

Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a high level of ownership.
