We are looking for an experienced HRBP who can work closely with business leaders and employees to drive people initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, retention, and HR processes.

● Partner with business managers to understand workforce and people-related requirements.

● Handle employee relations, grievances and workplace concerns.

● Drive performance management, PIP and appraisal processes.

● Analyze attrition, retention and employee engagement and recommend action plans.

● Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers.

● Support and advise managers on HR policies, processes and people decisions.

● Handle employee engagement initiatives and measure their effectiveness.

● Prepare and analyse HR MIS, dashboards and people metrics.





● Identify employee/people-related issues through data and recommend solutions.

● Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.

● Work closely with leadership and stakeholders on people-related initiatives.

Required

Skills

● 3–5 years of relevant HRBP experience.

● Strong stakeholder and employee relationship management skills.

● Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management/PIP.

● Good understanding of attrition and retention strategies.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS/HR dashboards.

● Robust communication and influencing skills.

● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters independently.
