Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, supporting workforce planning and talent management. Daily responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, managing employee relations issues, and advising on labor and employment law compliance.

The role also involves overseeing performance management cycles, facilitating feedback processes, and supporting leadership in developing employee engagement and retention initiatives.



The HR Business Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate HR data, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to design, implement, and interpret HR frameworks.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with experience ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in HR practices.
- Experience with Performance Management processes, including goal setting, appraisal systems, and development planning.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
- Ability to analyze HR data, generate insights, and support decision-making through metrics and reporting.
- Prior experience in financial services or large multi-branch organizations is preferred.
