Job Brief

We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help build a high-performance and growing organization.

This is more than a traditional HR role. You will work closely with the Founder, senior leaders, and functional heads. You will help shape the way the business hires, develops, manages, and retains its people.

You will play a key role in building the right teams, setting clear goals, improving manager capability, and using people data to support better business decisions.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building, solving problems, taking ownership, and creating measurable business impact .

Responsibilities

1. Business & Organization Partnering

- Work with senior leaders to connect business goals with people plans.
- Review team structures, roles, reporting lines, and workforce needs.
- Identify people gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve productivity.
- Support organization design and workforce planning.

2. Performance & Accountability

- Help managers set clear KRAs, KPIs, and performance goals .
- Build strong performance management practices.
- Identify high performers, high-potential employees, and development needs.
- Coach managers on feedback, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
- Support fair and timely performance decisions.

3. Talent & Workforce Planning

- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Improve hiring quality and hiring speed for key roles.
- Build workforce plans based on future business needs.
- Track quality of hire, probation success, offer-to-join ratio, and early attrition.
- Support talent retention and succession planning.

4. Manager & Leadership Development





- Coach managers to become stronger people leaders.
- Support managers with goal setting, delegation, feedback, and employee development.
- Help managers handle conflicts and performance issues.
- Identify future leaders and support succession plans for key roles.

5. Culture & Employee Experience

- Help build a culture based on:
- Ownership | Accountability | Speed | Learning | Respect | Adaptability | Performance
- Understand the real factors that affect employee engagement and retention.
- Build practical initiatives that improve trust, performance, and employee growth.
- Support a positive and high-performance work environment.

6. People Analytics & HR Technology

- Use HR data to support business decisions.
- Track key areas such as:
- Headcount and manpower cost
- Workforce productivity
- Hiring effectiveness
- Quality of hire
- Probation success
- Performance
- Employee attrition
- Critical talent
- Succession
- Employee engagement
- Organizational health
- Improve HR processes through technology, automation, and responsible use of AI.

7. Employee Relations & Governance

- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and sensitive people matters with maturity.
- Support managers in handling difficult employee situations.
- Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Ensure HR practices follow applicable Indian employment and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of HR experience , preferably with strong HRBP or strategic HR/generalist experience.
- Experience working closely with Founders, CXOs,



and senior business leaders .
- Experience in a startup, technology, SaaS, marketplace, internet, e-commerce, or high-growth company is preferred.
