Job Summary

Upalaksh Job Recruitment is looking for a passionate and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various industries while maintaining strong relationships with clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Coordinate follow-ups until candidate joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
