Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Manage offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
