Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring positions are closed within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to candidate joining.

- Understand job requirements and prepare/source suitable candidate profiles.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.

- Coordinate and schedule telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements, feedback, and selection decisions.

- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Conduct salary discussions and coordinate the offer approval and offer release process.

- Collect and verify pre-employment documents from selected candidates.

- Coordinate with HR and other stakeholders for background verification and pre-joining formalities.





- Follow up with selected candidates regularly until their date of joining.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS/HRMS.

- Ensure timely updating of candidate status at every stage of the recruitment process.

- Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and status updates.

- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- 12 Years of relevant experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or a similar industry.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment tools.

- Experience working with ATS/HRMS will be an advantage.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.
