About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day operations, internal coordination, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate internally across departments/teams to ensure smooth HR processes
- Maintain and update employee data and reports in Excel
- Support HR documentation, onboarding, and record-keeping
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve HR processes efficiency

Qualification & Skills Required

- Graduate/pursuing graduation in Management Studies (BMS, BBA, or equivalent) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, basic formulas/reporting)
- Interest in AI tools and their application in HR functions
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks Valuable coordination and interpersonal skills
