- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Understand job requirements and match profiles accordingly
Requirements
- MBA (HR or Any Stream)
- 6 Months – 1 Year of recruitment experience
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Go-getter attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
