Role Description The Human Resource Officer internship at HK Technical is a remote role focused on supporting HR operations in a dynamic Ed-Tech environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development and updating of job descriptions,



supporting the implementation of HR policies, and maintaining organized HR records and documentation. The intern will help coordinate virtual onboarding activities, support employee relations by responding to routine queries, and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and workflows.

The role may also involve collecting and analyzing basic HR data, preparing reports, and collaborating with management to ensure a positive and compliant work workplace.

Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process by sourcing ,screening and shortlisting .
- Create and publish job posting on different job portals and social media platform .
- Review resume and evaluate candidates based on job requirements .
- Maintain and update candidate databases ,recruitment trackers, and HR records.
- Handle HR documentation and support daily HR operations.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and HR operation
