Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or FMCG industry, along with proven expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, and organizational development.

The candidate should be a strategic and people-oriented HR skilled with the ability to work closely with senior management and drive HR initiatives that support business growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, operations, manufacturing, and support functions.
- Develop manpower plans and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
- Manage the performance appraisal and performance management process.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support succession planning, leadership development, and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, salary reviews, and annual increment processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and statutory records.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards,



and workforce analytics for management review.
- Monitor HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, manpower costs, and employee engagement.
- Work closely with department heads and senior management to address workforce requirements and people-related challenges.
- Drive a positive, performance-oriented, and employee-focused organizational culture.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently implemented across the organization.

Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources / Human Resource Management is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 1020 years of progressive HR experience**, including substantial experience in a managerial HR role.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or FMCG industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR operations.
- Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and organizational development.
- Experience in managing and leading HR teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Nutraceutical, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG organizations will be preferred.

Experience in a fast-growing organization, managing multiple departments or locations, and working directly with senior management will be an added advantage.
