Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (Onsite)

Experience: 8-15 years in the HR Field

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a mature, dependable, and business-focused HR Manager who will be responsible for driving operational excellence across HR functions while effectively managing employee relations, supporting organizational decision-making, and contributing to long-term people strategies.

This role demands an HR qualified who combines strong execution capabilities with analytical thinking and strategic judgment. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling complex employee situations, improving organizational effectiveness, interpreting policies fairly,

and partnering with leadership to align people practices with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations & Grievance Management Act as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and sensitive people matters.

Handle grievance cases with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Interpret and implement HR policies consistently while balancing employee and business needs.

Support managers in resolving employee issues and making effective people decisions.

2. HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness Ensure smooth execution of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Drive operational excellence through process improvements and standardization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Maintain operational discipline while adapting to evolving business needs.

3. Decision Support & HR Analytics Analyze workforce data, employee trends, and HR metrics to support decision-making.

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management.

Recommend improvements based on data, observations, and business requirements.

Support implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and organizational programs.

4. Leadership & Strategic HR Partnership Partner with leadership on employee-related decisions and organizational priorities.

Guide HR team members in execution quality and issue resolution.





Demonstrate ownership and sound judgment in managing day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Support organizational stability during change, escalations, and business challenges.

5. Collaboration with Administration Department Work closely with Administration to ensure seamless employee-related operations.

Coordinate HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training programs.

Promote alignment between HR and Administration functions.

6. Special Projects & Initiatives Lead assigned HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Contribute to programs that strengthen culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Required Skills: Strong experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations management.

Excellent grievance handling, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation capabilities.

Robust analytical thinking with the ability to derive meaningful insights from workforce data.

Ability to make practical, balanced, and business-oriented people decisions.

Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal influence, and communication skills.

Proven capability to manage ambiguity and complex employee situations effectively.

High ownership, accountability, emotional maturity, and professional judgment.

Strong process orientation with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Understanding of HRMS platforms, HR analytics, and modern HR practices.

Ability to think strategically while remaining execution-focused.

Must-Haves:

8-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in a mid-sized IT or ERP company

Proven ability to execute HR operations and ensure timely process delivery

Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR documentation

Passionate about building a positive, people-centric workplace

Hands-on experience in statutory compliance, preferably in a regional scope
