- Performance Appraisal & Rating Mechanism
- PIP & Employee Escalation Management
- Employee Engagement & Training Coordination
- HR Consultant & Resource Hiring Coordination
- Employee Legal & Compliance Matters
- Salary Benchmarking & Negotiation
- New Joiner Kit & Employee Documentation
- Customer/Management Visit Coordination & Employee Etiquette
- Ensure HR Policies are updated and effectively followed

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 to 9 years of relevant HR experience
- Robust knowledge of HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and people-management abilities
