Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Executive with 3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client and internal hiring requirements.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.
- Experience working with recruitment consultancies will be an added advantage.
- Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate Joiner or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
