Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations such as payroll management, advantages administration, and compliance reporting.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and development.
Job Requirements :
- 16-20 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
