This role will act as a key HR partner for business teams, driving employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and recruitment coordination while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

- Solid stakeholder and employee relationship management

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:
- Business HR / HR Generalist background
- Experience managing onboarding, employee engagement, performance reviews, and HR operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-location environment
