Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Help organize employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Ensure timely documentation and HR record management.




- Assist the HR team in daily operational activities and reporting.

Who Can Apply? Fresh graduate in BMS / BBA /BCOM

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Eagerness to learn and grow in Human Resources
