- HR Partnership & Employee Lifecycle Support: Work closely with the HRBP team and business stakeholders to support people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Assist in key HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement activities, promotion cycles, employee listening forums, and follow-up actions from skip-level meetings and focus group discussions.
- Dashboards & People Analytics:



Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports related to organizational health, hiring, employee engagement, learning initiatives, and employee relations. Analyze data and help translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen culture, and improve overall workplace satisfaction.
- Manager & Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for routine employee queries and provide support on HR policies, processes, rewards and recognition programs, leave management, benefits, and other employee-related matters, under the guidance of the HRBP team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Rewards, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development teams to support smooth execution of HR programs and initiatives.

Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, employee experience, and people analytics.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working with data and converting findings into meaningful reports or presentations.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across teams.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
