About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee – Recruitment with 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience to join our HR team.

As a travel company , this is a excellent opportunity for someone who wants to explore the travel and tourism industry while building their career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment for various positions across different domains within the travel industry .
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Create and update Job Descriptions (JDs) as per hiring requirements.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
- Coordinate candidate joining and collect required documentation.
- Assist with HR documentation and day-to-day HR operations .

Requirements





- Exactly 6 months of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with and coordinating candidates.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets .
- Interest in exploring the travel and tourism industry .
