Iconspiral Electronics is establishing a laptop and electronics manufacturing facility in Patna, Bihar, and we are looking for our first HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to help build our founding team.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring

✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campuses and referrals

✅ Coordinate interviews and onboarding

✅ Prepare offer letters and employee documentation

✅ Develop relationships with engineering colleges, polytechnics and ITIs

✅ Support HR policies, employee engagement and administrative functions

Requirements

MBA/PGDM in HR or related qualification

2–4 years' experience in recruitment or HR





Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup

Manufacturing recruitment experience is an advantage
