Brink’s Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the company’s global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities.
The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets.

Description
This role sits within HR Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brink’s global workforce and advancing enterprise HR priorities.
The function is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable HR services and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, partnering across global HR, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and reliable HR operations at scale.
As part of Brink’s global operating model, the team helps drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence, enabling the business to operate more effectively and support employees across the full lifecycle. What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary):
The HR Reporting & Analytics Lead will shape how data drives decisions by leading the development of accurate, compliant, and actionable workforce insights. This role will partner across the organization to enable informed decision-making, strengthen compliance, and elevate the strategic value of HR data.
This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys turning complex operational data into practical insights, clear dashboards, and disciplined reporting routines that help leaders make better decisions. The role will work across functions, systems, and regions to improve data quality, strengthen governance, and make performance information easier to access, understand, and act upon. Work Workplace:

Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
Lead the design, development, and governance of HR reporting and analytics across the global HR function
Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant dashboards, reports, and insights to support enterprise decision-making
Translate business and HR strategy into actionable workforce insights and reporting solutions
Establish data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance across systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
Drive workforce planning, capacity modeling, and trend analysis using HR data
Enable self-service analytics capabilities and improve accessibility of insights for stakeholders
Lead audit and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring readiness and compliance
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance analytics capabilities through digital tools and technologies
Build and lead a high-performing analytics capability, fostering a data-driven culture across HR Operations
Define, maintain, and continuously improve recurring reporting routines, dashboards, and data products that support operational visibility and leadership decision-making.
Partner with functional leaders to clarify reporting requirements, standardize metric definitions, and ensure insights are aligned to business, compliance, and audit needs.
Analyze trends, exceptions, and service performance to identify risks, root causes, improvement opportunities, and recommended actions.
Strengthen data quality by validating outputs, investigating discrepancies,
and working with system owners to address root causes. Experience:
~7+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of processes, services, projects, platforms, or stakeholder outcomes.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytical outputs for operational or leadership decision-making.
Experience working with enterprise systems, data governance practices, data quality controls, and recurring reporting processes.
Experience leading HR reporting or analytics teams within a complex, multi-region organization.
Hands-on experience with HRIS reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Workday, SAP, Power BI).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field.

Experience working in a shared services, GBS, captive, MSP, or outsourced delivery model.
Exposure to global transformation, operating model change, transition, or service modernization initiatives.
Process improvement experience, including Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement methods.
